Sam Goidell is a sophomore in Wharton from Davis, California. He plans to study Business Analytics with minors in Hispanic Studies and American Public Policy. In the past, Sam worked on analyzing governance challenges associated with sea level rise in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as lobbying on behalf of public school students in California. He is interested in the intersection between infrastructure and environmental policy, specifically in how it affects different stakeholders, from business interests to governments to private citizens. At Penn, Sam is also involved in Ideas for Action, Club Baseball, DREAM, and Penn Community Hoops.
