Will Welland is a senior in Wharton from New York City studying Finance and Operations Management, with a minor in Computer Science. He is the former President of the Public Policy Initiative Student Group. During the past few summers, Will has worked in various tech startups doing data analytics, as well as in wealth management for Bank of America.
With regards to policy, Will is especially interested in the ways in which certain government regulations and industrial processes can have unintentional side effects on the environment, and how policy can be used to mitigate those effects. In his free time, you can catch him eating junk food, watching Veep, or daydreaming about travel (but most likely all three simultaneously).
