Jade Lee is a senior in the Wharton School studying Business Economics & Public Policy, Actuarial Science and Finance, and minoring in music. She was born and raised in South Korea until her family moved to Orange County, California when she was 11, where she has lived ever since.
Last summer, Jade interned at Retirement Department of the actuarial consulting firm Aon Hewitt, during which she first encountered analysis of social security policies of the U.S. from private a firms’ point of view. She is also interested in the recent healthcare policy changes, and is part of Health, Educations and Welfare (HEW) team of Wonk Tank.
Next summer, she will be returning to the San Francisco office of Aon Hewitt, and in near future she wishes to return to school to study public policies in depth. In free time, she likes reading modern classic fictions and listening to wide variety of music, from Classical to Jazz to EDM.
