In Its Dealings With ISPs, Netflix Is Holding A Powerful Card

The article discusses how Netflix is asking the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to intervene in its dealings with Internet service providers (ISPs).
In discussing if there is constructive role for the regulator, Professor Werbach stated - at a conference held by The Progressive Policy Institute - that “a benevolent referee could resolve these disputes quickly and get traffic flowing to Internet customers.”
